1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these Terms are clearly defined below:

• "Platform" — The bx888 website, mobile version, and all services operated through it.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

3.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• If any wagering requirement is attached to a bonus, withdrawal is not possible until that requirement has been met.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed.
• There must be no active bets on the account at the time a withdrawal request is submitted.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bx888 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000 or more, you receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a bonus is used for the purpose of abuse — such as multiple accounts from the same IP address, artificial betting strategies, or any other fraudulent method — that bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed if necessary.

4.4 VIP Program

The bx888 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, and up to 1.2% for Gold. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active play.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Technical Errors

7.2 Member Rights

You may also request closure of your account at any time. Any active bonuses or wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be considered void. Any legitimately withdrawable funds will be returned via the applicable method.
